Yesterday kicked off the 26th Annual Octoberfest at the German American Club on Pine Island here in Cape Coral.

Good food.... lots of German music by an Austrian Band that is here every October. Yesterday was the start of the fest. It is held on the last two weekends in October.

It is a good time.

SUCK!!

I should end this post with just that word. SUCK!!

It is amazing that the Bears front line can’t keep the defense away from Cutler. I mean, he is getting killed back there. He has maybe 2 seconds before the other guy’s take his hear off. How much more can he take before we are seeing the second string quarterback getting some playing time?

As for me, I am doing fine. Just frustrated with that team.

Today is Sunday and it is the 2nd of October. The mornings are becoming a little chilly. When you step out of the house onto the Lanai it becomes apparent that it is October. The afternoons warm up nicely but the mornings... well.... when I say chilly I mean it is like 70º.

I know, if your living in Chicago and it is 70º then it is considered a nice day. Here, not so much. At that temp it seems to be a brisk morning.

I can’t figure it out....
