Seems like fall is slowly creeping up on Southwest Florida. The nights are just a tad cooler but still keeping the humidity high.
It rains everyday but later in the afternoon.

Next week here is “Bike Night.” A collection of motorcycles and their riders. Bands, booths to buy stuff and just lots of loud motorcycles. It is a fun time.

Next month is October. The German Club is no doubt getting ready for two weekends of music and food selling. Now that is a good time.

It is Sunday the 18th of September and the weather here is starting to get just a tad cooler. During the day it is hot but the nights and mornings are cooler with less humidity.

Football season is upon us and I did not sign up for the Sunday Ticket offered by DirecTV because I think it is way to expensive. $323.00 (I think that is the price) for the entire year. They should offer Pay-per-View and you can pick and choose which games to watch each Sunday.

Oh well, I’ll just have to settle for watching the Tampa Bay team and when, or should I say, “if” the Bears do something good they will show the highlights of that play.

So, settle in, buckle up and enjoy Sunday and football.

Last month, or maybe earlier then that, my Bro-in-Law and his son came here for a visit. They only stayed for a few days but big fun was had by all.

Yessssss, a three day holiday! Finally! Oh, wait, I’m retired. Just another weekend except Monday no mail.

It has been raining here off and on for a week now. No sun, well, maybe just a little everyday.

The sun does not stay out long enough to go into the pool. But today may be different.

The sun is out, not in its full sunness (?) but there is a little peeking out. Maybe today we can get some pool time. Keep your fingers crossed!
